Comedian Tim Key is bringing his award-winning new show, titled Masterslut, to the Exeter Northcott and Bristol Arnolfini this autumn.
Tim Key is back on tour. Still spewing poetry everywhere. Now 35-years-old. He returns after taking a year off to do some admin and bulk up. This show’s just as poetical as the last one – but with better sound effects and more mastery.
Masterslut won best show at this year’s Chortle Awards, hailed as ‘an original, ambitious, odd, mischievous and inventively funny to spend an hour’.
As seen on TV in Newswipe, Cowards, We Need Answers and as Alan Partridge‘s sidekick in Mid Morning Matters, Tim Key won The Edinburgh Comedy Award for his 2009 recital, Slutcracker, and was nominated for a Bafta in 2008.
The deadpan comedian also has a late-night poetry programme on Radio 4.
More recently, you may have spotted him playing a hospital doctor in season six of the E4 show Skins.
