Quirky singer-songwriter Paloma Faith is set to visit Plymouth Pavilions in 2013 as part of her biggest-ever UK tour.

Paloma Faith‘s new album Fall To Grace was released in May and debuted at number two in the UK album chart.

Produced by the legendary Nellee Hooper (Bjork, No Doubt, Massive Attack, Madonna), the album’s lead single was Picking Up The Pieces, which peaked at number seven.

Speaking of the tune, Paloma said: “Picking Up The Pieces deals with the issues of being in a relationship with someone who is still recovering from a previous relationship with another person.

“It is a song about self-doubt and insecurity. I am very excited to introduce my new sound into the world. Working with Nellee Hooper has been really inspirational.”

The next single from the record, 30 Minute Love Affair, is set for release in August.

Fall To Grace is the follow-up to Paloma’s debut album, Do You Want The Truth or Something Beautiful?, which was released in 2009.

The album sold over half a million copies and spawned the hit singles Stone Cold Sober, New York, Do You Want the Truth or Something Beautiful? and Upside Down.

Paloma Faith hits Plymouth Pavilions on February 15, 2013. Tickets go on sale at 9am on July 13, 2012.
