Stereophonics to play intimate show at Plymouth Pavilions

Nineties pop-rockers Stereophonics are set to visit Plymouth Pavilions this spring – one of just 10 intimate UK shows.

Stereophonics will be taking their new album, Graffiti On The Train, for a spin, roadtesting it in Plymouth, before announcing a major arena tour later this year.

The band’s new single, Indian Summer, is out on February 25 and is available to download from iTunes now, along with the Kelly Jones-directed video.

Stereophonics have released seven studio albums – five of which have topped the UK Albums Chart.

Their debut album, Word Gets Around, was released back in 1997 and reached number six in the charts, aided by the singles Local Boy In The Photograph, More Life In A Tramp’s Vest, and A Thousand Trees.

The band reached mainstream success with the release of Performance And Cocktails (and its singles The Bartender And The Thief, Just Looking, and Pick a Part That’s New) in 1999.

Stereophonics hit Plymouth Pavilions on March 23, 2013. Tickets go on sale at 9am on January 25, 2013.
