Comedian Sarah Millican has added a second Plymouth Pavilions date to her Home Bird tour. Indie-rockers Kasabian are set to play a special ‘warm-up’ show at Plymouth Pavilions this spring. Spice Girls star Melanie C will join Jools Holland and his Rhythm & Blues Orchestra at Colston Hall Bristol and Plymouth Pavilions in 2013. Comedian Micky Flanagan has added a fourth Plymouth Pavilions date to his forthcoming Back In The Game tour. A range of handmade jewellery will be on show at 45 Southside Gallery in Plymouth from this month. Sarah Jayne Dunn and Charlie G Hawkins will star in a stage adaptation of Sebastian Faulks’s bestselling novel Birdsong at Theatre Royal Plymouth this spring. Michael Praed will star in a dazzling new production of Cole Porter’s High Society at Theatre Royal Plymouth this spring. Nineties pop-rockers Stereophonics are set to visit Plymouth Pavilions this spring – one of just 10 intimate UK shows. An impassioned performance by the Emperor String Quartet at Plymouth University’s Sherwell Centre served as a fine tribute to the late Bryan Foster. Review by Philip R Buttall. |
